Behavior Craft Academy is a premier ABAT® certification training institute offering structured, QABA®-board-approved programs. Founded by Sumaiya Fathima, QBA, IBA — a behavior analyst with 10+ years of clinical experience across India and the UAE — the academy bridges the gap between theory and real-world practice.
Many talented, compassionate individuals wanted to enter the ABA field but had no structured pathway — no clear roadmap, no quality training, and no guidance on how to get certified.
Families and schools across India and the UAE needed trained behavior technicians. Yet the supply of ABAT®-certified professionals remained critically low — creating both a social need and a career opportunity.
With 10+ years of hands-on ABA experience, our founder Sumaiya Fathima built Behavior Craft Academy to deliver the rigorous, practical, and internationally recognized training she wished had existed when she started.
ABA programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. They can focus on various areas such as:
